Voco has put together a nicely balanced package. What is good is that they’re in touch with what guests want from a hotel in the 2020s.

Workshop17 has a much better understanding of how work’s evolved.

“Conference rooms” really are a thing of the past. Voco is right on the money with its concentration rooms.

Voco has loads of potential as a place to stay when I’m in town on business. Reasonable value too, for once I might not have my expenses queried.

More and more hotels are learning that guests want to stay somewhere with links to the local community. voco really seems to tick that box with 700 pieces of art on display.

So often it’s the staff who make the difference. They can transform a 3* hotel into a 5* experience and a 5* hotel into a 3* stay. It’s good to know when the staff is exceptional.
